Join Dawn Boileau from Sunrise Gardens for an evening spent learning about thermal composting and the basics of the soil food web. You will learn how to build and maintain a compost pile. You will learn all the essential ingredients required for a good compost and how to combine them to create high heat. Attending this event will teach you how to get the most of your compost as well. Dawn has been market gardening organically for the past 16 years. In 2015 she began studying Soil Health and Composting through the program developed and taught by renowned soil biologist Dr. Elaine Ingham. Dawn is an enthusiastic believer in soil being the key to healthy food and healthy people.
